Kirsty Minchella-Storer, professionally known as Mama Tasty, has carved out a unique space in the UK drag circuit since launching her career in 2022. As a female drag queen, she faced initial resistance from parts of the community, often being “shunned” for not fitting the conventional mold of drag artists who typically perform as the opposite gender. But Mama Tasty didn’t back down—instead, she leaned into her difference and built a reputation for being unapologetically herself.

Her performances are a mix of live music, drag artistry, and infectious energy. She’s become a regular fixture at venues across Leamington Spa, including The House, where she headlined a lively New Year’s Eve bash featuring cocktails, drag acts, and music from Clun Kudo. She’s also hosted events like Drag Karaoke at Fifteen, bringing her signature flair to Spencer Street with a night of loud and proud singing.
